This is it! We are on the Season 7 finale of the most watched television series in America. In the previous episode, an Agent close to Gibbs was murdered and he went to Mexico to investigate. When he finally arrives, he finds Mike Franks’ house burned to the ground as well as the bodies of several of Bell’s men. Gibbs is then captured by one of Bell’s henchmen, who reveal that the body that Gibbs thought was Franks is in fact Colonel Bell. Gibbs was captured and was knocked unconscious before he knew who the henchman was working for.
All NCIS fans knew that Gibbs has fifty rules. The fifty rule were learn by heart by team Gibbs, but this coming Tuesday a new Gibbs rule is about to be introduced. What would be fifty-first rule?
